High temperature steam trap is one of the steam traps of high temperature, its use water temperature up to more than 85℃. High temperature steam trap can achieve the energy saving steam generation, high temperature condensate water without pump back pressure recovery of energy saving benefits, etc., the main advantages of high temperature steam trap are described as follows:

1. Control the fluid speed of about 30m/S to prevent cavitation damage. The fluid channel is labyrinth, and the fluid direction is constantly changed.

2. The throttling surface is separated from the sealing surface, and different throttling elements are arranged according to the hydrophobic flow rate. The surface hardening treatment of the components in the valve can reach HRC70 in hardness.

3. The body assembly adopts self-internal pressure sealing structure, the greater the pressure difference, the better the sealing;

4. The valve body assembly is connected with the actuator in floating mode, which can eliminate the phenomenon of jamming caused by the different cores of the valve core and the push rod.
