Pneumatic valve cannot operate
1. Whether the solenoid valve is normal, whether the coil is burned out, whether the solenoid valve core is jammed with stolen goods
Replace solenoid valve, replace coil, clear stolen goods
2. Check the single air supply of the actuator to see if it works normally.
Such as cylinder piston channeling, cylinder block and end cover or rotating shaft leakage, etc.,
Disassemble the actuator to check whether the seal is damaged and the cylinder inner hole surface is damaged.
Replace the broken seal ring, replace the cylinder or piston
3. Impurities in the valve will stick the ball core
Replace damaged valve parts with clear impurities
4. Manually operate the handle of the actuator in the manual position
Turn handle to pneumatic automatic position
5. Pipe is twisted and compressed
Correct or replace piping
6. If the medium or ambient temperature is too low, the pipeline will freeze.
Even if clear condensation water, additional water removal equipment
Pneumatic valves crawl slowly
1. Insufficient air pressure
Increase the pressure of air source, set up the gas tank on the way to reduce the pressure variation.
2. Its flow is not enough or it is operated by other devices with large air consumption at the same time
Add air tank and air compressor to reduce pressure variation
3. The torque of pneumatic actuator is too small
Increase the actuator specification
4. Valve load is too large, valve core or other valve assembly is too tight unreasonable.
Repair and adjust valve torque
5. The cylinder friction force changes greatly
Apply proper lubrication
Other fault
1. Valve action starts to jump, the load is too large
Increase the actuator specification
2. When the valve action ends, it will jump. The action is too fast and the inertia energy is too large
Add governor valve or external buffer
Return signal no signal
Signal power line, short circuit, break
1. Repair power lines
2. Reset the CAM to the correct position
3. Replace the micro switch
