The working principle of liquefied gas pressure reducing valve is that the high-pressure chamber is connected with the cylinder, and the low-pressure chamber is the gas outlet and leads to the use system. The indication of the high pressure gauge is the pressure of the gas stored in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of the low pressure gauge can be controlled by the adjusting screw. The pressure reducing ratio of LPG pressure reducing valve should be higher than the system value to some extent; it should be able to respond to the positive or negative action control signals even when Zui is large or Zui is small.

The use method of liquefied gas pressure reducing valve is to first open the main cylinder switch, then turn the pressure regulating screw of the low-pressure gauge clockwise to compress the main spring and drive the film, spring cushion block and ejector pin to open the valve. In this way, the high-pressure gas at the inlet enters the low-pressure chamber after throttling and reducing pressure in the high-pressure chamber, and then leads to the working system through the outlet. Turn the adjusting screw to change the opening height of the valve, so as to adjust the flow of high-pressure gas and achieve the required pressure value. The work of LPG pressure reducing valve is controlled by the pressure behind the valve. When the pressure sensor detects that the pressure indication of the valve increases, the valve opening of the pressure reducing valve decreases; when the pressure decreases after detecting the pressure reducing valve, the valve opening of the pressure reducing valve increases to meet the control requirements.

During the use of liquefied gas pressure reducing valve, the following regulations shall also be observed:

1. It is not allowed to store steel cylinders in bedrooms, offices, basements and bathrooms;

2. The distance between liquefied gas pressure reducing valve and fire source or heat source shall not be less than 1 m;

3. Liquefied gas pressure relief valve is not allowed to be roasted, scalded or exposed to the sun, and it is strictly prohibited to use it upside down;

4. Residues in the cylinder shall be handled by the gas supply department in a unified way, and shall not be handled by individuals or units at will;

5. In case of failure of angle valve or pressure reducing valve, it shall be timely sent to the gas supply department (or the maintenance point designated by the gas supply department) for maintenance and replacement, and it is not allowed to dismantle it at will;

6. Comply with other regulations of oil and gas supply and management unit.

The kitchen of liquefied gas pressure relief valve shall be well ventilated, not too narrow, with a certain space and height, and inflammable materials shall not be piled around the appliance. The main equipment of LPG cylinder loading users are steel cylinder (with angle valve), pressure reducing valve, rubber tube, gas stove, water heater, etc. The LPG pressure reducing valve should be selected for the useful control range, i.e. 20% to 80% of Zui's large flow. It is usually of the same ratio type or with the same ratio characteristics. These types of valves themselves have the Zui good flow characteristics and flow range required for proportional control.
