1. When the solenoid valve fails, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is recommended to install a bypass device

2. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch shall be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve.

3. During installation, the coil of solenoid valve shall be upward and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on solenoid valve shall be consistent with the flow direction of pipeline, and shall not be installed in the place with splashing or water leakage.

4. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline shall be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a drain valve in the steam pipeline.

5. It is not allowed to install the valve in the low concave part of the pipeline, so as to prevent the operation from being hindered by the deposition of steam condensate, impurities, etc. in the valve.

6. It can not be used in explosive dangerous places.

7. A pressure gauge shall be installed on the front and rear pipes of the solenoid valve to observe the pipe pressure.

8. The working medium of the solenoid valve shall be clean and free of particle impurities. The dirt and filter on the surface of the internal parts of the solenoid valve shall be cleaned regularly.

9. In case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to avoid vibration when the solenoid valve works.

10. Before installation, pay attention to see the product label clearly, read the operation manual carefully, and judge whether the product meets the use conditions.
